M3 stands for My Mental Matters. Lauren went back and forth with the idea in her head during a dark season. Just because a season is dark does not mean it is bad. Her dark season brings out great innovative ideas and purpose. Dark season is a growing season. Just like when seeds need to grow and they reach up to the sunlight and grow into a beautiful flower, tree, or plant.
Starting with the logo, Lauren took this introduction to her new purpose seriously by asking different focus groups and peers about the chosen M3 insignia she created. She wanted it to be different and to stand out. In the design process the number 3 was to highlight or emphasize and bridge all three words My Mental Matters. The ideas kept flowing. Her sis, Carlye, was like "you should do it like the square sign in math but it would be cubic." Lauren wanted it to represent the word ME and this is how M3 came about. M3 turned into so much more and everyone LOVES it!
M3 is a different vibe, symbolizing a reminder and movement that says it is cool to be different in a world when others don't understand you.
M3 will give you exclusive access to discover new people who will tell their story. The guest has an opportunity to create an item or collection. Proceeds generated from items purchased by customers to support the guest will go towards help with treatment for them or an organization of choice.
Lauren's goal is to get people help that want help, can't afford help and don't know how to get help. This will help better the help health of many people.
You can help Lauren reach this goal by collaborating, donating, or purchasing the items on the website.
Money received will go towards the production of products, information events and therapy services to get those in need the help they need. Let’s Raise Awareness of Mental Health!
